Shipping and Delivery Policy

CHOWK BAZAR is an online-only store. All orders are processed and fulfilled through our logistics partners.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation. Once shipped, customers will be notified via their registered contact details.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the delivery location within India. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Order Modifications

To request changes in:

• Size
• Delivery address
• Phone number

Email us with the subject line:
“Order Number + Revised Information”

Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.

4. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

Reverse pickup may be:

• Arranged by CHOWK BAZAR, or
• The customer may be required to ship the parcel to the address shared by our support team after approval.

Once the returned parcel is received, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection before further processing.
