REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on eligible products purchased through our website.
1. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- With original tags intact
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Exchange Policy (7 Days)
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days for:
- Size change
- Style change
If the replacement product is unavailable:
- Customers may choose another item of the same value, or
- Pay the difference for a higher-value product.
4. Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are issued only in case of wrong product or defective product received.
- For other eligible returns, store credit will be provided.
- Store credits will be transferred within 30 days of receiving the returned parcel, subject to successful quality inspection.
5. Proof Requirements
- Defective product received: Product image required
- Wrong product received: Product + tag images required
- Wrong size received: Product + tag images required
6. Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo a thorough inspection. Only products that meet return eligibility criteria will be approved.
